One of the simplest things to change is the cursor. Yes there are default cursors with any computer but I am talking about cool cursors that are animated and can easily be applied into your web pages. Copy the below code into your html document in the change the address to your cursor. Below is a link to a zip file I put together with about 5 meg. of cursors so have fun.
